But sometimes it takes a kick in the keester to start a new life, in this case a professional baking life. I scrapped my intended stint at culinary school, opting instead to home school. An idiot, you say? Yes. I'm an idiot. But I wouldn't have changed a thing. I'm a better and, I dare say, a more original baker for having taken the path of the lone, flour-dusted wolf.
